Engaging communities affected by malaria

The support and participation of the people most affected by malaria is the key to a successful program. Whether the disease is common or rare in an area, these communities have the most to gain from the malaria fight, through better health for themselves and their families, reduced household income losses, and better-performing schools, clinics, and hospitals.
